| SHIPPING |
Products are shipped in 1-2 BUSINESS days, except the day of purchase. All orders are shipped by USPS. Transit
time depends on Buyer's location. Shipping within United
States usually takes 1-6 BUSINESS days (depending on
state). International shipping may take 10 BUSINESS days
or more depending on country. Promised shipping time is
approximate, is provided by carrier and does not include
weekends and holidays. Seller is not responsible for any
delays in transit period or "item not delivered" cases,
unless there was our mistake in processing or shipping
and handling of an order. |

| CANCELLATION |
Buyer should note that
order is accepted with understanding that it's not a
subject for cancellation once Order Confirmation has
been issued (received by Buyer). Anyway, Seller will try
to find possibility to cancel an order if it wasn't
processed to the moment when cancellation request was
received from Buyer. All order cancellations issued
basing on this agreement should be resolved only within
Buyer and Seller and may be subject to Restocking Fee
determined to cover any Seller's loses. No cancellation
is offered if Buyer provided wrong shipping or personal
information when placing an order, made an incorrect
choice or changed his mind after an order was already
processed and/or shipped. |

| RETURNS |
Within 30 days after you received the product you may
return it for Refund. Returned items should be received
in our office NOT later than 45 days after day of
purchase. All products must be in perfect unused
condition, in the original packaging with all associated
accessories included. Please e-mail us at info@sfsauto.com
to receive Return Authorization Number and return
shipping instructions. Return Authorization Number must
be visible on the packaging box. Shipping fee is not
refundable, unless there was our processing error! Buyers are required to pay for return
shipping. Any item returned without Return Authorization
Number will require additional investigation and actions
to locate and process it. Therefore, investigation
charge in amount of 15% of item's price will be added to
standard Restocking Fee. |

| EXCHANGE |
Exchange for a different product could be made in 30
days after day of purchase. Buyers are required to pay
for return shipping and for new (exchanged) item
shipping unless there was our processing error. All

International buyers please note! Import duties
(customs, brokerage, taxes, charges, etc.) are not
included in the item price or shipping charges. These
charges are Buyer's responsibility. Please check with
your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to buying. Please do not
complain about USPS extra shipping charges invoice. That
is not our extra shipping charge, but your country
customs office "Import duties" (brokerage, customs,
taxes, etc.) fees charged thru USPS. |

| DAMAGES |
PLEASE CHECK THE PACKAGE BEFORE SIGN FOR DELIVERY! If it
looks damaged open it and check the item before sign.
Initiate claim immediately if the item appears damaged.
Please do not return damaged product to us. Contact us
for replacement or for return/exchange authorization
number and instructions if a return needs to be made. |
